Meet & Match with eco/social startups
DATE YOUR FUTURE BOSS
Eco/social startups are looking for summer interns at this Meet & Match event on March 17! Meet several entrepreneurs in a fun speed-dating format and find YOUR matching startup.
Attend the Meet & Match event to convince the participating entrepreneurs that you are THE intern for them. This event is part of Summerpreneurship, the program for the future generation. During this speed-dating event you will get directly in touch with several eco/social startups participating in the Summepreneurship program. Take the unique opportunity and get to know your future boss before applying for the internship position (application deadline is March 31). Keep in mind that knowing your favorite startups on a personal level may increase your chances to get picked for the internship in the end. There is enough time after the speed-dating to network during a delicious apero in the end and for sure we’ll find some time to answer individual questions about the program.
There is as well a second Meet & Match with only tech startups taking place on March 22. You can’t decide if eco/social or tech startups are more tempting?! Don’t worry you can register for both events.
IMPORTANT: The open internship positions of eco/social and tech startups are online – apply until March 31 and indicate us up to 5 startups you would like to intern with.
NOTE @Students: If you attend the Meet & Match event, you are not obliged to apply for the Summerpreneurship program (but we highly recommend it to you:-D).
NOTE @Startups: As a startup you can only participate if you have been previously accepted to the program.
The same participation criteria apply for the event as for the whole program for students:
- IMPORTANT: You are enrolled as student in Switzerland or/and possess a valid work permit for summer
- You are dynamic, motivated to learn and willing to challenge the status quo
- The level and field of studies is open; it depends on the position that is offered by the respective startup
- You are available for 8-14 weeks internship between June – August 2016
- Your primary motivation for the internship is non-financial (exact financial remuneration depends on the specific startup)
- You are looking for a summer internship in an impact-driven startup
Please note, that in case you do not fulfill the criteria your attendance at the event can’t be rejected beforehand.
