Let's be honest, what can women really aspire to today?

Let's be honest, what can women really aspire to today?

Women have transitioned from being full-time housewives to full-time employees.

We have gained visibility & earned relevant leadership roles across all areas of life, from politics & business to social movements & religion.

Some world & local leaders, and role models who demonstrate this transformational development in how women are perceived both by men & women include Christine Lagarde, President of the European Central Bank (ECB), Ursula von der Leyer, President of the European Commission, and Simone de Montmollin, President of the Swiss National Council (2021-2022).

Despite this progress, women confront challenges on a daily basis that make the earning, career development, and mental health gap between men & women ever bigger. Some of these challenges include, according to ChatGPT aggregating results from the web:

+ Gender pay gap

+ Glass ceiling & gender discrimination

+ Sexual harassment

+ Underrepresentation in leadership roles

+ Societal expectations and stereotypes

How can we help address these problems? How can we contribute to the further development of our society so that current & future generations of women enjoy the same personal & professional growth opportunities as men?

Join me in this discussion to exchange ideas on the topic, listen to an inspiring TED talk by Sheryl Sandberg on why we have too few women leaders, and identify solutions that enable a progressive and equal movement towards authentic growth in society, our spirits and our minds.
