Going Beyond Employment. Liberating Purposeful Work.
New event in March 2017 : it will be a combination of a Meetup instance day March 29th, and a full day workshop March 30th, for those wanting to have a closer look (separate announcement will follow, same space though).
The topic is about how to enrich Holacracy “organization-space” model in order to cover more on one side “association-space” topics such as individual development and conflict resolution, and on the other side “company-space” related topics such as compensation and innovative ownership-equity models.
Tom Thomison & Christiane Seuhs-Schoeller from encode.org (http://www.encode.org/ ) will join us in Zurich to talk about their initiatives in this direction.
Self-organizing the work was only the beginning
Game-changing practices like Holacracy® gave us new ways of distributing power and structuring work in pursuit of Organizational Purpose.
Emerging models for distributing profits and equity – dynamically – are inspiring new ways to think about investing, ownership, and earning a living.
Teal has come to describe how organizations and work are being reinvented. Wholeness, transparency, and autonomy are now baseline expectations when contributing time, energy, and talent towards a Purpose greater than oneself.
Living and working in a diverse community of purpose-aligned individuals is the norm for a new world of work.
Thanks to the great support from IHZ, we are going forward with the nice and comfortable Impact Hub Workshop Room Garage, Geroldstrasse 33, 8005 Zurich. Still, a donation of any amount between 5 and 25 CHF to support larger room booking expenses is highly appreciated.
Organiser: Piero Pierucci
