Join our Weekly Outdoor Workout led by Jan!
Let’s move together every Tuesday at 6 PM. We meet at the Impact Hub front desk and walk together to Josefwiese (approx. 10 minutes).
The session includes a warm-up, 30 minutes of bodyweight strength training, and a cool-down.
Please bring sportswear and, if you like, a yoga mat – we’ll train on the grass.
No prior experience needed – exercises can be adapted to all fitness levels.
Occasionally, we’ll have a special activity like beach volleyball or ping pong – updates will be shared in the app.
