Networking & team-building workshop: Kimono Challenge
Networking & team-building workshop: Kimono Challenge
Working effectively as a team requires coordination, communication, and the ability to figure things out together.
You’re invited to The Kimono Challenge, a hands-on team-building experience inspired by the traditional Japanese kimono. In this interactive session, teams collaborate to solve a practical challenge through observation, organization, and shared problem-solving.
Why join this session:
* Meet new people and experience working together with them
* Strengthen communication and coordination
* Practice collaboration under time-bound conditions
* Experience how teams learn, adapt, and improve together
What we’ll do together:
* Work in small teams to problem-solve the layers of a kimono
* Observe a live demonstration of the correct process
* Return to teams to apply what was learned and refine the result
No prior knowledge of kimono or Japanese culture is required—only curiosity and a willingness to work together.
Session length: 90–120 minutes
Group size: 2–4 teams, 2–5 participants per team
Teams may join as a group. Individual participants will be placed in teams with others who register individually.
Location: Colab, Loft Corner
If you’re looking for an active experience that encourages collaboration and learning by doing, and meeting others while doing so, you’re warmly invited to join.
