Your booking time does not include preparation time for the room. We guarantee that the space will be ready at the booked time. If you need setup time, please adjust your booking accordingly.

You will receive a door code valid for your booking period with your confirmation.

You can indicate your wishes in the booking tool under “Note”. We’ll get in touch with you to coordinate the details. In the Bogen D event space, we only offer beverage catering. We’re happy to help you find a suitable food caterer.

Your booking confirmation contains a link. Create a login, then you can change or cancel your booking. Please make sure to check the cancellation policy. An overview is available in our General Terms & Conditions (GTC).
