Meeting room V1

This meeting room is the left-hand, larger room of two rooms in the upper gallery of Viadukt Bogen D. It can be used for meetings of up to 10 people, e.g. for brainstorming or creative seminars. V1 is separated from the smaller meeting room V2 by a semi-transparent glass wall.

Bookable at least 2 weeks in advance.

IMPORTANT: We do NOT offer catering, coffee or drinks for bookings of V1 & V2. You are welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks for the meeting and take everything you bring back with you after the meeting. This way, the next booking can look forward to a clean meeting room.

We offer discounts for events at Impact Hub Zurich if they add value to our community and ecosystem. These discounts apply to events on Mondays and Fridays from 6pm to midnight. After your request, the IHZ will decide on the discount on the regular room costs (25% to 100%). More information here.

Bogen D at Viadukt can be booked 24/7 online.

The booking time does not include the preparation time for the room. We guarantee that the room will be ready at the booked time as ordered. If you need preparation time, please adjust the booking time accordingly.

You will receive a door code valid for this period with your confirmation.

You can note your catering wishes in the tool under “Note” when booking the room. We will then contact you for further planning.
