Event Space arch D

The Event Space consists of the entire Arch D at the Viaduct, including the two meeting rooms V1 and V2. The arena serves as an interaction space for up to 80 people (depending on the setting also for 100 people) for e.g. presentations, networking events and larger workshops. The bar area can also be used for a coffee break or aperitif.

The Event Space can be booked at any time for a minimum of 3 hours.

A host will look after your event from start to finish. The supervision time includes the duration of the event as well as 1 hour before and after the event. The price is CHF 65 per hour.

We offer discounts for events at Impact Hub Zurich if they add value to our community and ecosystem. These discounts apply to events on Mondays and Fridays from 6pm to midnight. After your request, the IHZ will decide on the discount on the regular room costs (25% to 100%). More information here.

Bogen D at Viadukt can be booked 24/7 online.

The booking time does not include the preparation time for the room. We guarantee that the room will be ready at the booked time as ordered. If you need preparation time, please adjust the booking time accordingly.

You will receive a door code valid for this period with your confirmation.

You can note your catering wishes in the tool under “Note” when booking the room. We will then contact you for further planning.

We do not offer catering, coffee or drinks for V1 & V2 bookings. You are welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks for the meeting and take everything you bring back with you after the meeting. This way, the next booking can look forward to a clean meeting room.
