The Event Space consists of the entire Arch D at the Viaduct, including the two meeting rooms V1 and V2. The arena serves as an interaction space for up to 80 people (depending on the setting also for 100 people) for e.g. presentations, networking events and larger workshops. The bar area can also be used for a coffee break or aperitif.

The Event Space can be booked at any time for a minimum of 3 hours.

A host will look after your event from start to finish. The supervision time includes the duration of the event as well as 1 hour before and after the event. The price is CHF 65 per hour.

Your booking time does not include preparation time for the room. We guarantee that the space will be ready at the booked time. If you need setup time, please adjust your booking accordingly.

You will receive a door code valid for your booking period with your confirmation.

You can indicate your wishes in the booking tool under “Note”. We’ll get in touch with you to coordinate the details. In the Bogen D event space, we only offer beverage catering. We’re happy to help you find a suitable food caterer.
