Meeting rooms can be booked from Monday to Friday. Booking times vary depending on the room:

Colab Community Saloon and Meeting Rooms C1, C2, C3: 07:00–19:00

Colab Loft Corner: 08:00–18:00

Colab Meeting Rooms C4, C5, C6: 09:00–18:00

You can get food directly from Café Auer&Co. and take everything to the meeting room. Please return the dishes to the café after your meeting - thank you! Additionally, you can add your desired catering package (breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks) in the booking tool.

In our meeting rooms, we provide you with high-quality screens, whiteboards, flipcharts, and other digital and analog tools. Our rooms are optimally equipped to offer you a comfortable and productive working environment.

The booking time does not include preparation time for the room. We guarantee that the room will be ready as ordered at the booked time. If you need preparation time, please adjust the booking time accordingly.

Yes, if the corresponding room is available, the booking can be extended online or by phone. For ongoing meetings, the booking can be extended directly on-site with the host.

Cancellations are free of charge up to 15 days before the event. After that, fees will apply. You can find details in our Terms and Conditions.

We are happy to support startups and non-profits that share our values. We offer discounts from 25% to 100%. You can send an application directly to zurich@impacthub.ch.

Important: Processing an application can take up to two weeks - so submit it early.
