One after the other, sectors of our life are being disrupted by technological, societal and political changes. It is, frankly, quite astonishing how little our education system has changed. Still nearly all schools, universities and executive education use the age-old model of one knowledge holder who transmits his knowledge to a group of listeners. With information often just one mouse-click away, this cannot be the most effective way to learn. Add the digital revolution, the expected rise of robotics and the innermost desire of people to have a meaningful career; it is evident something will (have to) change.
