fAIr — female AI Rise. The Founding Cohort begins.

On 30 April 2026, selected visionary women — entrepreneurs, sidepreneurs, and corporate professionals — gather at Loft Corner @ Colab, Impact Hub Zürich, for the kick-off day of fAIr's Founding Cohort: a full-day AI retreat that opens a six-week programme designed to move women from AI curiosity to AI mastery.

Founded in Zurich by Kai Zhang and Veronika Sallenbach, fAIr is a transformative initiative dedicated to empowering women through the strategic application of artificial intelligence — with the practical skills, confidence, and community to lead work, business, and life with AI instead of against it.

The Founding Cohort journey:
— 30 April 2026 · Kick-off retreat at Loft Corner @ Colab, Impact Hub Zürich — the immersive opening day.
— May – June 2026 · Six-week programme — structured implementation with weekly sessions, hands-on work on LLMs, AI Agents, and AI automation, and a small peer community that keeps going between sessions.

What participants leave with: practical AI skills, a set of workflows that effectively return hours of productivity per week, and the confidence to lead their own relationship to the technology — on their own terms.
