• What we will do

Following the series of Wikidata Zurich meetups that we started in April (see also: https://www.meetup.com/Wikimedia-Wikipedia/events/247512069/) we will host the second meetup on September the 5th.

The goal of this meetup is to help people who are more or less new to Wikidata but would like to join the Wikidata Zurich Hackathon on September 8th (https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Events/Wikidata_Zurich_Hackathon) learn the basics of the Wikidata API and SPARQL query endpoint.

The meetup is also a space to ask, report, brainstorm new ideas, and even experiment with code, in an informal and friendly atmosphere.
