Andreas is a Swiss entrepreneur and patron, who has lead a family business in coffee- and cotton trading, was in the administrative board of UBS for 13 years, has co founded amongst several other start up companies - BZ bank and several NGO's in the sustainability field.

LizAn Kuster is the Co-Founder of Impact Hub Manila, a former banker, entrepreneur, was Miss Earth Switzerland and is a TV/Events host in Switzerland.

Björn is a co-founder of BEAM, a „think-tank-meets-artful-production-studio“ initiative of IHZ & friends, and the STRIDE – unSchool for Entrepreneurial Leadership.

Thomas Huth is the CEO/Founder of village power and both, EO and IHZ member.
