Ionic & StencilJS – Test and discuss DeckDeckGo (world premiere 😉)
It’s the fifth Ionic Zürich Meetup of 2019 and I will finally be able to share DeckDeckGo, the new editor for presentations, we, Nicolas Mattia and I, have been developing with Ionic and StencilJS for the last few months 🚀
Come join me to test our editor and discuss what it’s like to develop a framework-less application.
To infinity and beyond 🖖
🚀 Test and discuss DeckDeckGo, developed with Ionic and StencilJS
This meetup will be a bit particular as it will request your active participation!
We are going to spend the first part of the event trying out the beta version of our new open source web platform 🔥 And with we, I mean that I’ll invite you to try out our web editor on your favorite devices (laptop, mobile or tablet), no risk no fun 🤣
Afterwards, if I don’t cry because everything broke 😅, I will show you how we implemented the solution without any framework, respectively with Ionic, StencilJS and only a few dependencies.
I will try to share my experience and try to explain what were the advantages and difficulties I faced (spoiler alert: with or without framework, both solutions are cool).
Finally, Nicolas or I will also briefly introduce our cloud infrastructure, which might be something not that common, as our editor (an app, a Progressive Web App) build and publish online other standalone apps (PWA too) 😊
Looking forward to your feedbacks and thank you in advance for your help 😇
