How to Make Inner Values Driven Decisions - Zürich
How to Make Inner Values Driven Decisions - Zürich
Objective: Resonating with inner values and using them to make decisions
Target: Mid-level Managers to Senior Executives
Format: 3-hour module; based on interactive exercises
Roy Disney said, "It is not difficult to make a decision when you know what your values are." Decision-making is one of the most critical tasks for leaders. One of the instruments to make the right and conscious choices is the voice of our inner values. Our inner values serve as a north star to be self-aware of what we want in life and how our decisions will help us. In this interactive and embodied workshop, we would learn to connect deeply with our inner values and understand to leverage them for decision making.
Learn to:
- Determine your core values: Our values reflect who we aspire (outlook) and how we feel when they were honored or stepped upon (in-look). Identify your 3-5 core values using, e.g., aspiring idols & Jung's active imagination.
- Make Values-Driven Decisions: Our values also serve as a north star for decision making. Apply UC Davis's 2-step values-based decision model to your personal situation using your values.
- Live your Values: Conduct a living & wishing scoring of your values and identify the areas you want to change.
This workshop is conducted in English. Limited seats to 20 participants to facilitate better participation. Reserve early!
