a) Develop Psychological Safety: Developing an environment where individuals feel safe to take risks and be vulnerable in front of each other.
b) Provide Constructive Feedback: Having structured discussions for setting expectations and maintaining a constructing feedback loop (giving and receiving) provides clarity of roles.
c) Communicate Higher Meaning and Impact: Showing the bigger picture and higher impact of the work motivates teams to perform better.
