Google for Startups presents: The (growing) role of UX in enterprise software

Over the last few years, it seems that the “consumerization” of enterprise products has raised the bar on visual quality and usability of what used to be traditionally stodgy and utilitarian. How can UX add value in a space where users are often not the decision makers? How do we deal with the inherent complexity of enterprise power tools? How is success measured differently between consumer and enterprise products?

The two experts Merlin Rebrović, lead interaction designer at Google Ads and Javier Bargas-Avila, head of UX research at Google Cloud Platform, will talk about what a UX team does at a company like Google and what UX means in particular for enterprise products. The panel will be moderated by Bernhard Suter, software engineer at Google Zurich.
