Workshop for thinking clearly and correcting unconscious biases
In today's ever-faster moving and more diverse world, we are being presented with more and more complex information, and many decision-making processes are
becoming automatic. This can increase the efficiency of complex systems - but can also increase the risk of unconscious biases going unnoticed, possibly leading to discrimination, communication problems and conflicts. In this workshop you learn how to identify unconscious biases and develop ways of dealing with them effectively.
This workshop is suitable for anyone interested in identifying their own unconscious biases and developing solutions to improve the way they interact with other people.
