A new company law came into force on 1 January 2023. It brings changes that are relevant for every company (Ltd or LLC) and especially for start-ups.
 
In the 1:1 sessions, lic. iur. Thomas Leder, LL.M will give interested Impact Hub members who have already founded a GmbH or AG, or are about to do so, an update on the new company law, check their existing documents against the new law and give tips on necessary measures and adjustments to the company documents.
In addition, the 1:1 sessions also provide an opportunity to address specific questions or legal problems of the members.
