About Business Help Desk Sessions

A Business Help Desk session is a 45 minutes one-on-one coaching with a senior expert to discuss your specific questions. Business Help Desk sessions are available for all Impact Hub Zürich Members.

  • How do grant making Foundations operate?
  • Does my project have a chance to get funding?
  • What do I have to consider in the application process?
  • What has to be taken into consideration to seek financing from Foundations?

Preparation

If you book a Business Help Desk session you are asked to answer three questions on max 1A4 and send them to the coach latest two days before the appointment. It will help you both to make most out of your 45 min appointment.

Sessions with Evelyn Braun outside of the Business Help Desk session are only available upon request. . Check the homepage for the pricing system.

The Expert

Evelyn Braun is Co-Owner of  BRAUN PARTNER GmbH, responsible for the Foundation and Philanthropy sector. She has worked in the profit  as well as the non-profit sector. As former managing director of Avina Stiftung and Board member of SwissFoundations, the association of Swiss grant making foundations, she has acquired broad experience in the foundation sector.

Evelyn can give you insights about the foundation sector in Switzerland; provide a rough assessment of whether your project might have a chance to get funding from grant-making foundations, and point out what has to be considered in the application process. If you intend to establish a foundation or a non-profit organisation yourself, she can give you advice. However, please note, that Evelyn will neither serve as a fundraiser nor act as a door-opener for your project.
