François Rüf co-founded Netbreeze, a Social Media Monitoring company in 1999 after getting the master (Eidg. Dipl. Phys ETH) in theoretical physics at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich. In 2013 he sold the company to Microsoft.
At Microsoft François Rüf is responsible for the product Microsoft Social Engagement - product strategy, monetization, innovation, key clients, business models.
His core strengths are in SaaS, artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, cloud services, online business models, social CRM, marketing automation, venture capital and startups.
