Bernhard Suter from Google Switzerland is a senior software engineer in YouTube Ads, where he specializes on spearheading large cross-organizational efforts. He knows that without a formal management structure, the success of such projects particularly depends on leading without authority and a high level of trust and good faith across a geographically and organizationally distributed team.
Cornelia Schättle is a consultant and co-owner of Great Place to work. With a background in psychology and coaching, Conny brings numerous years of experience in consulting and different HR roles, which enable her to see the big picture around workplace culture. Conny enjoys the divers work that her profession brings in supporting clients from various industries, in different sizes with different backgrounds to develop and grow their unique workplace culture.
Johanna Scheurer is curating and leading events & programs of Impact Hub Zürich. Her main focus is in “New work” and she is passionate about leadership, creativity and spirituality.
