The (Un)surprisingly Mundane Trigger for the Creation of a Swiss Social Impact Entrepreneur

When Impact Hub Zurich member Kudah Mushambi moved to St. Gallen in 2018, his last expectation was that he would become a social impact entrepreneur. But then came the lockdown, combined with a change in working hours and a lot of time to think. That's when the idea for Adaire was born: a platform that makes it easy to find a software developer and channels work to millions of software developers and technologists in Africa.
