Are you organising a public event that brings people together and creates meaningful value for our community or Zurich’s wider ecosystem? Impact Hub Zürich offers discounted or sponsored event spaces for selected events, depending on their relevance, accessibility and feasibility.
Which Events Are Eligible?
Sponsored events should share knowledge, introduce new perspectives or connect people around relevant social, entrepreneurial or cultural topics. Events should generally be open to the public, inclusive and aligned with the values and focus areas of Impact Hub Zürich.

What Does Event Sponsorship Include?
Depending on the event’s relevance and space availability, Impact Hub Zürich may offer a partial or full discount on the standard venue rental fee.
Additional costs for hosting, cleaning, technical equipment, security or catering may still apply. The level of support, location, time slots and included services are confirmed individually for each request.

How to Apply for Event Sponsorship
Step 1 · Submit Your Event Idea
Tell us about your event’s topic, target audience, format, preferred date, expected number of participants and the value it would bring to our community or Zurich’s ecosystem.
Step 2 · Application Review
The Impact Hub Zürich team reviews your proposal based on its relevance, accessibility, available spaces, organisational requirements and potential sponsorship options.
Step 3 · Offer & Agreement
We’ll get back to you with details about the proposed venue, conditions, responsibilities, communication opportunities and organisational requirements.
Step 4 · Event Planning & Delivery
Once your event is confirmed, we’ll work together to finalise the schedule, responsibilities, ticketing and communication.

FAQ – Sponsored Events
Sponsorship means a reduction of the venue rental fee (up to 100%). Operational costs such as hosting, cleaning, catering, or technical support are not included.
Events that create clear added value for the community and relate to topics such as climate, DEI, or future of work. Important: they must be publicly accessible and free of charge.
Sales events, product presentations, exclusive or invitation-only formats, as well as content without positive impact.
Usually on Mondays, on weekdays from 6:00 PM onwards, or during weekends. Subject to availability and occupancy.
Yes. Hosting, cleaning, and potentially other services are mandatory and charged separately.
Through the request form on this page. Please submit your request at least 4 weeks in advance.
Not necessarily. Impact Hub Zürich may cover part or all of the venue rental fee. Additional costs, such as technical equipment, cleaning or catering, may still be your responsibility.
Sponsored events are generally open to interested participants and should be inclusive. Our events team reviews potential exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
We consider the value your event brings to our community and Zurich’s ecosystem, its alignment with Impact Hub Zürich’s focus areas, its feasibility and venue availability.
We recommend submitting your request as early as possible. Our events team will confirm the required lead time.
