Re-opening of Colab: Special coworking guidelines

Since we re-opened our Colab coworking space, as well as our cafés on May 11 - we take responsibility for the security of everyone and ask you for YOUR collaboration to make this post-Corona Hub life possible: 

• Please check-in once a day using the QR code provided at the entrance and on the desks
• Disinfect your hands before walking into the coworking space
• Please wash or disinfect your hands before using the shared kitchen tools (esp. coffee machine, dishwasher, and kettle)
• When you choose your seat, please stick to it during the day. When you leave, place the red bottle that you received at the entry on the table, so others know that the spot has already been used.
• If you feel unwell or have the earliest signs of a flu, please stay at home
• If you have been confirmed Covid-19-positive, and have been to our Co-Working space during the 14 days before your first symptoms, please immediately inform the IHZ management team on stillalive@impacthub.ch

Please follow this guideline also in our café Auer&Co. and Kraftwerk Café! You can count on our effort at the same time. Here are the concrete measures we take in our Co-Working space:

• Access control through QR code at the Co-Working space entrance
• Disinfectant dispensers at all entrances, the kitchen, the bathroom entrances, and the meeting rooms 
• Disinfectant spray available on the desks so members clean surfaces 
• Traffic light system with red bottles to avoid seats being used several times per day by different people
• Frequent airing of the spaces
• Visual signage indicating the safety distances in the space
• Magazines and flyers will be removed from the space
• Internal doors remain open so that people don’t have to touch the door handle
• Washing hands before using kitchen tools compulsory
• Regular cleaning of highly frequented spots (door handles, kitchen surface, etc) and intensive cleaning of the space (including all tables) every night
• Number of chairs will be reduced to limit the number of seats in the space
