Food expert Esther Kern, alongside renowned chef Marcel Österreich, will be curating our Business Lunch offerings at Kraftwerk from October 1st to November 29. This partnership will bring your food experience at Kraftwerk to a new level. Not only will you have the chance to taste first-hand new products, but enjoy this while knowing that what you are eating is good for the planet too! The Kraftwerk restaurant is now placing an even stronger emphasis on supporting Swiss food producers and introducing guests to products from regional manufacturers.

But this is just the beginning. Together, Marcel Österreich and Esther Kern are developing additional projects for Impact Hub that aim to have an impact on the sustainable food system in the Zurich area.
