Impact Programs Overview Future of Work

Future of Work

Building future skills for the world of work

Choose the right path:

SKILLS - For participants
For young adults, students and people exploring their next career step who want to build future skills and move confidently into the world of work.

IMPULS - For organisations
For companies, organisations and institutions looking to support young talent, contribute real-world challenges and become part of the Future of Work ecosystem.

Actively shape the working world of tomorrow

The labor market is changing rapidly. While Artificial Intelligence automates processes and disrupts familiar structures, one decisive resource is moving back to the center: You, the human being.

At Impact Hub Zürich, we believe this transformation is your opportunity. Made possible by the Drosos Foundation and the AtDta Foundation we are creating a "live laboratory" for next-generation collaboration. We empower you and connect you with forward-thinking partners to make the future of work active, inclusive, and human-centered.

SKILLS: Your Path to Impact

A 9-month program for you (ages 18–30)

Are you between 18 and 30 and at the beginning of your career, or perhaps still looking for your direction? Are you wondering which skills really matter in a world full of AI? In the SKILLS program, we support you in discovering and strengthening your core human competencies - the "Future Skills."

Why SKILLS?

In collaboration with intrinsic, we focus on radical self-responsibility. We don't do dry theory: you learn by doing, work on your own project, and become part of a real community. We promote diversity and support you individually, regardless of your background.

Your 2-Phase Learning Journey

You build your foundation. In 6 modules, you explore your strengths, understand your role within the system, and learn to use AI confidently as an integral part of your new working reality. You are supported by 1-on-1 coaching and peer sessions.

IMPULS: The Ecosystem for Visionaries

The platform for companies, inclusion organizations, and institutions.

IMPULS is the strategic bridge of our program. This platform gathers and structures real-world challenges from companies, inclusion organizations, and Swiss institutions across politics, business, and research to feed them into the program. This creates direct practical projects for participants and a clear connection to the professional world.

Become Part of the Live Laboratory

As a partner organization in IMPULS, you are not a passive observer, but an active co-creator:

Challenge Provider

Submit real issues from your daily work. Our SKILLS talents will develop innovative solutions for you with a fresh, "out-of-the-box" mindset.

Talent Pipeline

Get to know young, resilient talents during their learning process. Experience problem-solving skills live - a highly effective recruiting path that goes far beyond a CV.

Employee Development

Send your own junior employees into the SKILLS program. Use it as high-quality professional development for self-leadership, agility, and mental resilience.

Knowledge Advantage

Join our Roundtables to discuss topics like AI integration, New Work, or workplace inclusion with other experts and benefit from a best-practice network.

Whether as a young talent in the SKILLS program or a visionary partner organization in IMPULS - here, you will find a unique ecosystem that bridges theory and practice. While the next generation cultivates its human strengths for an AI-driven world, companies and inclusion organizations gain direct access to fresh ideas and resilient talent.
