The Wim Hof Method is a way to keep your body and mind in its optimal natural state. It consists of three things: a positive mindset towards challenge, a special breathing technique and the practice of these two through cold exposure (aka ice swimming ????).

In a series of three workshops, Beat Brun, a Wim Hof Method certified coach, will introduce us to the method and teach us to better deal with stress, become more resilient and actually happier ????.
