Alina Russ, Founder LoLa's Kitchen

Alina Russ has a background in gastronomy and studied business administration with a focus on marketing. She founded the food e-commerce LoLa's Kitchen in 2019 with zero capital via Instagram and now runs it together with her co-founder, Anna Roth-Gardlo. The reason: she herself does not tolerate lactose and has difficulty tolerating white flour. It was difficult for her to find desserts that she could snack on without regret. Since then, the start-up has increased its turnover tenfold and now employs 16 people.

Julius Kirscheneder, Co-Founder neon

After years in European consulting and the digital industry, Julius co-founded neon and currently spreads the word as their CMO. neon is the no. 1 banking challenger in Switzerland with more than 110’000 customers. The bank is striving to offer a private account with state-of-the art mobile UX at the lowest fees and values its users with transparent & honest communication. neon had the first appearance in the hit TV-show “Höhle Der Löwen” in 2019 and convinced four lions to start a fruitful and ongoing cooperation until today.
