WHY PURPOSE MATTERS
It Matters to you (as a start up) for two critical reasons:
• the more you align yourself and your business with your personal purpose, the easier, funnier and more fulfilling your journey will get
• your future employees, customers, stakeholders want more purpose too. We have been moving into the purpose economy for a while, an economy defined by the quest for people to have more purpose in their lives. Everywhere people are looking for more meaning, we see it in the food we eat, where we shop, the car we drive or share. We need to answer the question why are we here and what is the purpose of us and our business.
PRACTICAL TAKE AWAYS
• Who you impact
• Why you work
• How you achieve it
