Lowering Hurdles for Motherpreneurs

The number of programs, organizations, and communities supporting and empowering female founders is increasing. However, many of the startup support offers available are rather inconvenient for female founders who are mothers. Thus, we are happy to invite you to our upcoming Female Entrepreneurship Roundtable on the topic of “Lowering Hurdles for Motherpreneurs”.

The event will take place online via Zoom on September 22 from 5:00 pm - 6.30 pm CET and is a collaboration between the FEMtrepreneurs from the Innovation Office, University of Basel , the Female Founders Initiative of Impact Hub Zürich, and Swissnex in San Francisco.

We are excited to welcome our amazing keynote speaker Klara Zuercher, the Co-Founder of Tadah AG, a co-working space with integrated flexible childcare.

We are inviting a variety of stakeholders from Switzerland and the San Francisco Bay Area to map out and leverage the existing Female Entrepreneurship ecosystem. Together, we will ideate how the hurdles for female founders who are mothers can be lowered in highly developed countries.
