Target: New Managers, People with recent (1-3 years) or upcoming team responsibilities, and team leaders aiming to develop effective team and stakeholder management skills

Format: 1.25 days with one-day intensive (two 3.5-hour group modules) and one online case study session after two weeks. The participants will work on a case study for 2-3 hr two weeks after the intensive.

According to CEB (2017) report, around 60% of new managers fail in their first two years of placement. The shift from an individual contributor to a people manager requires a transformational shift in the mindset. As a manager, one needs to become a people connector for the team and a self-aware value-driven individual to create a whole bigger than the sum of its parts.

The modules are conducted in English and are limited to 20 participants to facilitate interactions and connections. Please note that other participants can join for specific modules of the training.
