We are a peer to peer support group for men, sharing our stories and challenges with the goal of providing a safe confidential place where men can talk and unburden themselves. We aim to create Community, Connections and inspire Conversations
 
The event will be a series of pilot meetings to test the concept of Blokes and Black Dog in Zurich. The biggest killer of men under 45 in Western societies is suicide, 75% of suicides are men, and with he post pandemic escalation in poor mental health, we need to act. As men are often reluctant to talk about their feelings and troubles, we want to encourage men to reverse that trend. Target is anglophone men 18+
