Capacity is a non-profit organisation based in Zurich, which supports refugee and migrant integration to the Swiss economy. Capacity seeks to build a society that is open and supportive of everyone, regardless of their background.

Through Capacity’s annual 6-month mentoring programme, people with migration or refugee backgrounds are supported to shape their journey into entrepreneurship. The programme is known for its strong community-building endeavours, multi-stakeholder engagement, and cross-sector collaboration. Moreover, Capacity empowers its participants to develop their potential through self-sustaining, collaborative frameworks, rather than to reinforce any form of dependency.
