Changemaker Building Bundling Forces - A workshop on effective collaboration and leveraging potential

The Changemaker Workshop Bundling Forces was an event where representatives of NGOs and foundations, pioneers and project representatives came together to address the following questions: What can we learn from each other? How can we work together as equals? How can we help each other to achieve our goals together?

Together with collaboratio helvetica and One PlanetLab, Impact Hub Zurich has set a lot in motion with this meeting - a shared understanding of the respective working methods and challenges, food for thought, insights and a number of relationships.

Discussion rounds

In the discussion rounds, we identified challenges such as the search for suitable funding, the general understanding of systemic change and the challenge of time-consuming monitoring and reporting. In addition, we discovered and discussed the potential of collaborating with like-minded organizations, improving impact measurement tools and promoting cooperation between foundations. These findings must now be used to initiate the next phase of change together.
