Cyril Berger is the founder and co-CEO of Code Law AG, a law firm with a clear focus on startups. He is known for his passion, an impressive track record, and expertise in projects at the intersection of business, technology, and law. Cyril is fluent in both German and English. He holds a law degree from the University of Zurich. Already during his studies, he was particularly interested in legal issues related to business and technology. After completing his internship at a leading business law firm in Zurich, Cyril worked as Senior Legal Counsel for a major Swiss ICT company, primarily in the areas of contract, IT, telecommunications, corporate, and data protection law.
