With an exclusive booking, Auer & Co café and terrace are reserved exclusively for your event.

The venue is ideal for company celebrations, networking events, summer parties, apéros, team events, community gatherings and private occasions.

The maximum capacity depends on your event type and chosen setup.

Apéro in the café: up to approx. 150 guests
Apéro across the café and terrace: up to 200 guests (max.)
Ideal for birthdays, summer parties and corporate events

During winter, the terrace is often used as a smoking area, which may slightly reduce capacity compared to summer events.

Exclusive bookings are only available during selected time slots to accommodate regular venue operations.

Yes. Our team can create tailored food concepts ranging from relaxed apéros to larger event catering formats.

Exclusive bookings require a minimum consumption of CHF 6'500. This applies to food and beverages. Staff and additional services are charged separately.

No. Cleaning costs are charged separately and are not included in the minimum consumption. Additional staffing or service fees may apply depending on the event.

Yes. The terrace is part of the exclusive booking and creates additional space for apéros, summer evenings and outdoor networking.
