What is a Sponsored Event?
At Impact Hub Zurich, we support selected events with reduced venue costs when they create clear added value for our community and the local ecosystem. Our focus is on topics such as climate, diversity, future of work, and entrepreneurship.
Sponsorship means a partial or full reduction of the venue rental fee. Operational costs such as hosting, cleaning, or catering are excluded and remain chargeable.
To be considered, your event must be publicly accessible, free of charge, and aligned with the values of Impact Hub Zurich. Approval is selective and depends on impact, fit, and availability.

FAQ – Sponsored Events
Sponsorship means a reduction of the venue rental fee (up to 100%). Operational costs such as hosting, cleaning, catering, or technical support are not included.
Events that create clear added value for the community and relate to topics such as climate, DEI, or future of work. Important: they must be publicly accessible and free of charge.
Sales events, product presentations, exclusive or invitation-only formats, as well as content without positive impact.
Usually on Mondays, on weekdays from 6:00 PM onwards, or during weekends. Subject to availability and occupancy.
Yes. Hosting, cleaning, and potentially other services are mandatory and charged separately.
