Born from the roots of Greek tradition and evolved into a wild, genre-bending powerhouse — The Thrax Panx blend bagpipes, heavy guitars, psychedelic soundscapes, and punk attitude into something truly unique.

From their beginnings in 2006’s traditional music scene to their explosive “Bacchae” performance at the Athens & Epidaurus Festival and a Europe-wide tour, this trio never stops reinventing what folk can sound like.

With Vaitsis Charakopidis (bagpipes & kaval), Giorgos Stavridis (percussion), and Panos Gkinis (bass), the band now works on a brand-new album — symbolized by their iconic two-headed donkey
