iGoGive wins the Impact Hub Fellowship on Healthy Living

The newest Impact Hub Fellow will make us run for a good cause: iGoGive convinced the jury on March 5 and wins 9 months of start-up support and 28'000 CHF for their sports app.

Nearly 30 impactful start-up ideas have been submitted last year for the second edition of the Impact Hub Fellowship on Healthy Living in collaboration with Novartis. Seven of these projects had pitched in front of an expert jury on November 6. Intergenerator, Pixxadoo and iGoGive were selected for the competititve-collaborative 3 months cohort phase. (Read about the cohort phase here). During that time they have developed their ideas, built and tested prototypes and gained a wast network of supporters and future clients.

On March 5 a three-member jury selected iGoGive as the winner of the second edition of the Impact Hub Fellowship on Healthy Living. Biljana Miric and Nic Brandenberger are connecting physical activity with charitable giving, allowing people to run for a good cause through private sponsorships. They believe that this social aspect will encourage people to do more exercise and thus live a healthier life. Pixxadoo received the audience award for its inter-generation learning games.
