STRIDE Lab | Change Organizing! Making Team(s) Work

STRIDE Lab | Change Organizing! Making Team(s) Work

If you don’t like how your organization works, change it! Here’s how.

Self-organization is commonly mistaken by just removing hierarchy and managers. This, of course, leads to chaos and confusion. Self-organization relies on a whole set of structures and practices that change everything from how decisions are made, how projects are run, how performance is evaluated, how people are recruited, compensated, etc.”   - Frederic Laloux

The world we create is changing through our work. Work is a large part of our lives. With our work we are able to design our very world. Work is the collective creation of change. Never did we have as much power to influence the way we work as teams have today. This forces us to rethink how work works today and how it should work. We shape the way we organize ourselves in teams and organizations. We collectively design the tools we work with, as well as how and where we perform work; individually, with clients, and with our teams. We are designing the structure of our working days as well as of work itself.

This STRIDE Lab on leading (self-organizing)-teams will prepare you for a future of successfully organizing and influencing how work works.
