Feeling better, more focused and relaxed while working on your projects, it’s possible with a few simple tips. And you don’t need to be a yogi for that!

In our weekly lunch sessions at Kraftwerk, we share methods inspired from yoga such as easy moves and breathing techniques, which you can use directly at your desk and with your normal clothes on.

Even after your first session, you will know how to:

  • Use your breath to calm down, clear your mind and feel energised!
  • Trick your nervous system with simple movements and breathing exercises
  • Release physical tensions in your back & shoulders
  • Adopt a better posture while sitting at your desk
  • Improve your overall physical, psychological and emotional awareness
