In this session, I will share my experience from the last 2 years of creation of a SaaS dental clinic software. When we decided to create Denteo, we said "let's do best-in-class product development and finally apply the lean startup principles from a to z". Customer development, validation, quick prototyping, agility and community, the whole package. From the start we wanted to have paying customers and a real SaaS case, no dreams and no powerpoint driven company. How to keep lean in such an environment? Did we do a good job? And how did it work out for us? I will try to give you a glimpse of our reality.

Loïc Schülé is an entrepreneur with an ETH Computer Science background combined with a past in consulting and web agency. From the beginning of his carrier, Loïc got passionated about agility, lean and meaningful approaches in general. 3 years ago, he decided it was time to start its own product business. Trying to avoid the typical mistakes of people who worked too long in agency, Loïc is running Denteo, a SaaS product with a growing customer base and great team in Switzerland.
