Nicole Werner and Maggie Lu would like to introduce you to a framework based on decades of personality development studies by psychologists and researchers. This framework offers revealing insights into specific areas of development as individuals and as leaders. It highlights desirable qualities needed in order to create and to thrive in Teal organizations.

Nicole Werner is a facilitator for individual and organizational change processes. For more than 15 years she worked with governmental and non-governmental institutions, as well as in the private sector within Switzerland and abroad. She founded «Beratung mit Umsicht» with a view to accompanying individuals and teams in their integral development. Nicole is certified for the E-D-Profile™, a development and personality profile that measures the personal maturity of human beings.

Maggie Lu is a coach specialised in leadership development and sharing the principles of Teal. She has 20 years of global business management experience for both Fortune 100 and start-up companies on four continents, of which 10 years were related to creating and learning about Teal organizations. She is a certified professional coach authorized to facilitate individual's development using the Leadership Development Framework.
