About Business Help Desk Sessions

A Business Help Desk session is a 45 minutes one-on-one coaching with a senior expert to discuss your specific questions. Business Help Desk sessions are available for all Impact Hub Zürich Members.


Providing to customers a product or service that they really need or desire is essential for your business. But also the way you do business can mean success or failure. Knowing your customers, adapting to their needs and preferences and generally providing a good experience that makes them want to do more business with you and not your competition might just be the competitive advantage you need. Striving to be a customer oriented business you might face questions like:

  1. How can I find out, what my customers want and how they perceive my business?
  2. What do I need to consider in order to provide a good customer experience?
  3. How can I make a process/touch point/service/product customer friendly?
  4. Challenge: Why is my offering desirable from a customer’s perspective?
  5. Quick review: What quick wins are there to make this process/touch point/service/product more customer friendly.


If you book a Business Help Desk session you are asked to answer three questions on max 1A4 and send them to the coach latest two days before the appointment. It will help you both to make most out of your 45 min appointment.
