Business Help Desk – Branding & Brand Identity

About Business Help Desk Sessions

A Business Help Desk session is a 45 minutes one-on-one coaching with a senior expert to discuss your specific questions. Business Help Desk sessions are available for all Impact Hub Zürich Members.


  • What is the essence of my brand? What are my values? Does my brand have a real identity?
  • What is the story behind my brand? Do I have a compelling story to tell?
  • Do my name, logo and visual appearance reflect my idea and differentiate my business?
  • What are my key messages? Do they address the needs of my target audience?
  • Is a URL enough to claim and protect my property? Where can I register my brand?


If you book a Business Help Desk session you are asked to answer three questions on max 1A4 and send them to the coach latest two days before the appointment. It will help you both to make most out of your 45 min appointment.
