ALE is organized by the community for the community, and takes part in a different city every year.
The theme we picked for this 7th ALE is “Power Transformance” - we picked a venue that matches it perfectly: the Kraftwerk - an old power transformation station in the heart of Zurich.

This conference is different. With only a guiding theme, the actual program emerges every day.
In an open space attendees create the program and agenda together - except for a couple of seed sessions which will be chosen upfront by a committee.

Last years’ attendees include an amazingly diverse crowd of 250 change makers, product owners, lean thinkers, agile practitioners, scrum coaches and many more. We also included 23 youth, travelling with their parents to experience the spirit of ALE and share their ideas, thoughts, questions and friendship.
