Successful entrepreneurial mindset | Skill Share Breakfast

The “Mindful Entrepreneurship” workshop discusses meditation and mindfulness techniques for Entrepreneurs. After a short introduction, where we also plan a short meditation practice, we go along the topics Body, Mind, Environment. Attendees will learn why awareness of the body is important for them, how awareness to their thoughts and mental patterns can help them in their entrepreneurial journey as well as how they can have a bigger influence on others (their environment), e.g. with mindful communication.

Our Speakers are Philipp and Ela:
Philipp completed Zen, Vipassana and MBSR-Courses and is in the Lu-Jong teacher training (ongoing). He is initiator and co-founder of NOW, the first modern Meditation Drop-in Studio in Europe, at HB Zürich. NOW’s vision is to experience meditation and mindfulness in a modern and “cool” way, so that everyone can profit from meditation and mindfulness techniques and its benefits. If more people start to look inside, it would have a great impact on health, performance and happiness of individuals as well as the world. Beside that Philipp holds a B.A. & M.A. HSG

Ela Amarie is a Psychologist and a certified Mindfulness Trainer. She created themindfulbrain.net and since then has worked with numerous individuals and organizations, advising them on how to use mindfulness to optimize performance and improve quality of life through physical and mental well-being. She is a member of the Swiss Mindfulness Association and Mindful Brain has been given the EM-Fit Standard Quality Label for Mindfulness and Stress-Reduction Programs.
